These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the United Eminences Partner Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms.
The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions for referring qualified customers to United Eminences. Participation is subject to compliance with this Agreement.
Program Name: United Eminences Partner Program
Governing Law: State of Delaware, United States
Commission Rate: $100 USD per active referral, per month, for as long as the referral remains a paying customer (“lifetime commission”).
Qualified Referral: A customer who (i) signs up via the Affiliate’s unique link, (ii) completes payment, and (iii) remains active beyond the refund/cancellation period. Sign-ups without payment do not qualify.
Minimum Payout Threshold: $100 (at least one active referral).
Payment Method: Bank transfer only. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking information.
Payment Schedule: NET-30 (payouts are processed 30 days after the close of each billing cycle).
W-9/W-8BEN Requirement: Affiliates must complete and upload the required tax forms before receiving any commission payments.
Tracking Method: Referrals are tracked via cookies and affiliate IDs.
Cookie Duration: 365 days.
Attribution Model: United Eminences reserves the right to apply reasonable attribution rules (e.g., first or last click) in cases of multiple affiliate claims.
Offline/Manual Referrals: May be credited at United Eminences’ sole discretion.
Affiliates must act responsibly and ethically.
The following practices are prohibited:
Running paid ads (Google, Meta, Bing, etc.) that target or use the United Eminences brand name, trademarks, or domains.
Creating landing pages, websites, or content designed to impersonate or closely replicate United Eminences’ official websites.
Sending unsolicited emails or SMS messages that appear to come from United Eminences.
Misrepresentation of United Eminences’ services, guarantees, or offers.
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
Violations may result in termination, forfeiture of commissions, and possible legal action.
United Eminences may terminate or suspend an Affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of this Agreement or for conduct deemed harmful to the company’s brand or operations.
Upon termination:
All commissions due prior to termination will be paid in the next NET-30 cycle.
No new commissions will accrue.
In cases of fraud, malicious activity, or damage to reputation, United Eminences reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, agency, or joint venture.
Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and legal compliance.
United Eminences does not guarantee any level of success, income, or performance. Earnings depend on the Affiliate’s efforts and customer conversion.
United Eminences’ liability under this Agreement is strictly limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the Affiliate at the time of any claim.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Affiliates must provide complete and accurate tax documentation
(W-9 for U.S., W-8BEN for non-U.S.) before receiving payouts.
United Eminences will issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-NEC) as required under U.S. law.
United Eminences may update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Affiliates will be notified by email. Continued participation in the Program
after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
